    • Example: Do not host loud parties that disturb neighbors or exceed the maximum occupancy.
  • Prohibition of Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the property is strictly prohibited.
  • Reporting Damage and Safety Hazards: Users must promptly report any property damage or safety hazards to the host and Propertygo.
  • Guest Responsibilities: Guests must adhere to check-in/check-out procedures, house rules, and respect the property.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Accurate Booking Information: Users must provide accurate booking information and payment details.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are subject to the host's cancellation policy and Propertygo's terms of service.
  • Prohibition of Fraudulent Activities: Fraudulent bookings or payment activities are strictly prohibited.
  • No Circumventing the Platform: Users must not attempt to circumvent Propertygo’s booking and payment system.
